核电厂应用现场总线型智能仪表的分析研究

摘　　要：核电站的维修维护是当前较可能进行数字化转型的领域。数字化维修支持平台必须以设备全寿期信息为基础,即现场设备层宜尽可能采用智能设备,以实时采集丰富的多维度的工艺系统与设备信息。基于核电厂的特点和发展数字智能核电的迫切需求,结合现场总线技术和智能仪表的优势,分析现场总线型智能仪表在核电厂的应用范围,重点讨论在核岛范围应用时的难点和思路。在广泛调研、深入分析的基础上,结合与业主单位的反复探讨,在某核电厂核岛范围非安全级场合局部实施了现场总线型智能仪表的改进。总线型智能仪表应用范围、总线改进的经济性评估方法以及关键问题和解决思路等可为总线型智能仪表在核电厂核岛范围的工程应用提供借鉴和指导。Maintenance in nuclear power plant is currently the likely area for digital transformation.The digital maintenance platform must be based on the full life information of equipments.That is to say,the field equipment layer should adopt intelligent equipments as far as possible to collect abundant information of multi-dimensional process system and equipment in real time.Based on the characteristics of nuclear power plant and active demand of intelligent development of nuclear power plant,combining advantages of field bus and intelligent instruments,it analyzes field bus intelligent instruments,applicable scope in nuclear power plant which focuses on problems and conception of field bus intelligent instruments applied in nuclear island of nuclear power plant.On the basis of extensive investigation and in-depth analysis,combined with the repeated discussion with the nuclear power plant owner,the improvement of field bus intelligent instrument in the non-safe occasions in the nuclear island area are partially implanted.The application range of the field bus intelligent instrument,the economic evaluation method of field bus improvement and the key problems and solutions can provide reference and guidance for the engineering application of field bus intelligent instrument in the nuclear island area of nuclear power plant.
