摘 要:通过一起因传动结构故障、隔离开关合闸不到位、造成放电接地跳闸停电事件的原因分析,提出了几种判断隔离开关分合闸是否到位的方法。建议将几种方法综合起来,相互补充,克服单一方法存在的缺点和不足,多方面准确判断刀闸的位置状态,在增强自动化水平,减轻人员劳动强度,提高工作效率的同时,保证运行人员判断隔离开关位置的正确性,有效防止隔离开关的操作隐患,保证设备的安全可靠运行。A discharge grounding tripping power failure accident due to the transmission mechanism fault and the resulted inadequate closing of the disconnector is analyzed.The causes of the accident are discussed in detail and several methods to determine whether the disconnectors are in adequate position are proposed.It is suggested that the proposed methods should be adopted together to complement each other and overcome the shortcomings of any single method.Thus,the position and state of the disconnectors can be determined accurately in various ways,which ensures the accuracy of the operator’s judgement,effectively prevents the operation risks of the disconnectors and guarantees the safe and stable operation of the equipment,while enhancing the automation level,reducing the labor intensity and improving the work efficiency.
