摘 要:火焰检测器简称火检,是检测火力发电机组炉膛有无火焰并提供保护信号的装置,是火力发电厂锅炉炉膛安全监控系统的关键设备。全炉膛灭火保护更是锅炉总燃料跳闸(MFT)重要保护之一。火检检测不到火焰等问题导致锅炉炉膛安全监控系统可靠性降低,存在较大安全隐患。以镇雄电厂2台600MW超临界W型火焰锅炉火检为研究对象,对火检进行探索与优化,从而提高锅炉炉膛安全监控系统(FSSS)的可靠性。Flame detector is a device to detect flames in the furnace of a thermal power unit and provide protection signals.It is the key equipment of the boiler furnace safety monitoring system in a thermal power plant.Overall furnace outfire protection is one of the important protections for Master Fuel Trip(MFT)of boilers.The failure of flame detector to detect flames causes the reliability of the furnace safety monitoring system of the boiler to be reduced and there are large potential safety hazards.This paper takes two 600MW supercritical W-type flame boilers in Zhenxiong Power Plant as the research object,explores and optimizes the flame detector,so as to improve the reliability of Furnace Safeguard Supervisory System(FSSS).
