摘　　要：以绿水河发电厂三级站一号水轮发电机组主轴密封技术改造作为重点介绍。云南绿水河发电厂三级站2013年投产发电,装机容量为30MW,单台,结构为立式混流式。改造前主轴密封为空气围带式主轴密封,封水效果差,安装复杂,易老化,改造后的主轴密封为双泵轮式主轴密封,封水效果极好,使用寿命长。This paper mainly introduces the main shaft sealing technology transformation of No.1 water turbine generator set in No.3 station of Lvshuihe Power Plant.The third-level station of Yunnan Lvshuihe Power Plant was put into operation in 2013,with 30MW installed capacity and a single unit,and its structure is vertical mixed flow.Before transformation,the main shaft seal is air-enclosed main shaft seal,which has poor sealing effect,complex installation and easy aging.After transformation,the main shaft seal is double-pump wheel main shaft seal,which has excellent sealing effect and long service life.
