摘　　要：综合分析水电站作业过程中风险因素和隐患产生的原因,采用集“人员防误”“技术防误”“设备闭锁防误”为一体的现代化安全管理理念,围绕水电站安全生产风险管控体系的建设,突出规范化、标准化、程序化管理和强制性执行的特点,综合应用NFC、电磁感应、物联网、PC、服务器等多种技术手段,建立适用于水电站安全生产的作业管控一体化系统。This paper analyses the risk factors and the causes of hidden dangers in the operation of hydropower stations,and adopts the modern safety management concept which integrates“personnel error prevention”,“technical error prevention”and“equipment blocking error prevention”.Around the construction of risk management and control system for safe production of hydropower stations,this paper highlights the features of standardization,standardization,programmed management and compulsory execution.An integrated operation management and control system suitable for safe production of hydropower stations has been established by using various technical means such as NFC,electromagnetic induction,Internet of Things,PC and server.
