摘　　要：目的了解肺结核患者家庭复原力及病耻感现状,探讨肺结核患者家庭复原力与病耻感的相关性。方法选取2020年4月至2021年1月在新乡医学院第一附属医院住院的204例肺结核患者作为研究对象。采用家庭复原力量表、结核病相关病耻感量表评估患者家庭复原力及病耻感,采用Spearman相关分析探讨肺结核患者家庭复原力与病耻感的相关性,采用多元线性回归分析明确病耻感的影响因素。结果肺结核患者的病耻感总分为8(5,11)分,家庭复原力总分为(173.36±21.48)分,家庭复原力总分及困境解读、生活卓越、问题解决、亲密和谐、社会支持、秩序井然及情感分享维度与病耻感呈负相关(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,受教育程度、家庭复原力总分、困境解读、亲密和谐是肺结核患者病耻感的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论肺结核患者的病耻感水平较高,不容忽视。医护人员应采取措施帮助肺结核患者提高家庭复原力,以降低其病耻感水平。Objective To understand the current status of family resilience and stigma of pulmonary tuberculosis patients,and to explore the correlation between family resilience and stigma of pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods A total of 204 tuberculosis patients who were hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from April 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.Patients’family resilience and stigma were assessed by using tuberculosis-related stigma scale and the family resilience scale.Spearman correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between family resilience and stigma of pulmonary tuberculosis patients,and multiple linear regression analysis was used to clarify the influencing factors of stigma.Results The total score of stigma in patients with tuberculosis was 8(5,11),family resilience score was 173.36±21.48.Family resilience,dilemma interpretation,life excellence,problem solving,intimacy and harmony,social support,order and emotional sharing in family resilience were negatively correlated with stigma(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level,family resilience,intimacy and harmony,dilemma interpretation were influencing factors of stigma in patients with tuberculosis(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of stigma in patients with tuberculosis is high,which can not be ignored.Medical staff should take measures to improve the level of family resilience in patients with tuberculosis,and then to reduce the level of stigma.
