摘　　要：目的探究骨盆外固定支架在非稳定型骨盆骨折急诊救治中的应用效果。方法将2017年3月-2020年3月该院收治的56例非稳定型骨盆骨折患者作为研究对象,将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组28例患者,其中对照组患者使用内固定治疗方法,观察组患者使用骨盆外固定支架治疗方法。对比分析两组患者的急诊救治优良率及疼痛程度。结果观察组患者临床治疗的优良率为96.43%,对照组患者治疗优良率为64.29%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.164,P<0.05);观察组疼痛情况低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=-1.416,P<0.05)。结论非稳定型骨盆骨折急诊救治中应用骨盆外固定支架治疗方法,可显著提升患者的治疗效果,有效改善患者的跛行和疼痛等症状,降低骨折对患者正常生活的影响。Objective To explore the effect of pelvic external fixation in the emergency treatment of unstable pelvic fractures.Methods 56 patients with unstable pelvic fractures admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were taken as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 28 patients in each group,of which the control group used internal fixation treatment method,the observation group used pelvic external fixation bracket treatment method.Comparative analysis of the excellent and good rate of emergency treatment and pain degree of the two groups of patients.Results The clinical treatment excellent and good rate of patients in the observation group was 96.43%,and the treatment excellent rate of patients in the control group was 64.29%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.164,P<0.05);the pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=-1.416,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pelvic external fixation in the emergency treatment of unstable pelvic fractures can significantly improve the treatment effect of patients,effectively improve the symptoms of claudication and pain,and reduce the impact of fractures on patients’normal life.
