腹腔镜在急腹症患者治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的普外科疾病患者通过腹腔镜下手术治疗,对患者的应用效果进行研究分析。方法选取该院2018年1月—2020年1月收治的280例普外科疾病患者,以随机数表法作为分组原则,分成140例观察组和140例对照组。对照组患者单纯使用常规手术方法进行治疗,观察组患者通过腹腔镜下手术方法进行治疗,比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间,比较两组患者的手术总有效率以及并发症发生情况,从而评价腹腔镜的应用效果。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间分别为(47.0±7.4)min,(115.4±3.5)mL,(4.0±1.0)d,对照组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间分别为(87.6±6.1)min,(211.4±8.9)mL,(7.5±2.0)d,差异有统计学意义(t=50.092、118.774、18.520,P<0.05);观察组患者的手术总有效率为98.6%(138/140),对照组患者的手术总有效率84.3%(118/140),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=18.229,P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率为1.4%(2/140),对照组患者的并发症发生率为14.3%(20/140),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=15.983,P<0.05)。结论普外科疾病患者通过腹腔镜下手术方法进行治疗,治疗效果显著,安全性较高,手术指标得到明显改善,值得推广。Objective To study and analyze the effects of patients with general surgical diseases through laparoscopic surgery.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,280 patients with general surgical diseases were admitted to this hospital.Based on the random number table method as the grouping principle,they were divided into an observation group of 140 cases and a control group of 140 cases.The patients in the control group only used conventional surgical Methods for treatment,patients in the observation group were treated by laparoscopic surgery.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,and hospital stay of the two groups were compared,and the total effective rate of surgery and the occurrence of complications,effect of the application of the two groups were compared to evaluate the laparoscopic surgery.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,and hospital stay of the observation group were(47.0±7.4)min,(115.4±3.5)mL,and(4.0±1.0)d,respectively.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time,the length of hospital stay of the control group were(87.6±6.1)min,(211.4±8.9)mL,and(7.5±2.0)d respectively,the difference were statistically significant(t=50.092,118.774,18.520,P<0.05,);the operation of the observation group of the total effective rate was 98.6%(138/140),and the total effective rate of surgery in the control group was 84.3%(118/140),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=18.229,P<0.05);the complication rate in the observation group was 1.4%(2/140),the complication rate of the control group was 14.3%(20/140),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=15.983,P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with general surgical diseases are treated by laparoscopic surgery.The therapeutic effect is significant,the safety is high,and the surgical indicators have been significantly improved,which is worthy of promotion.
