分析糖尿病非酮症高渗性昏迷患者的临床急救措施及治疗价值

摘　　要：目的对糖尿病非酮症高渗性昏迷患者使用临床急救措施进行治疗的临床效果进行探析。方法选取2018年2月-2020年2月该院治疗的66例糖尿病非酮症高渗性昏迷患者列为研究对象,根据不同急救措施把患者分成常规治疗组、胃肠内补液组、联合治疗组,将3组患者治疗情况(治疗有效率、临床指标、不良反应发生率、病死率)进行分析比较。结果和常规组、胃肠内补液组相比,联合治疗组患者治疗有效率更高,临床指标更优,并发症发生率及病死率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为糖尿病非酮症高渗性昏迷患者使用胃肠内补液联合醒脑静注射液进行治疗,可以提升治疗有效率,减少不良反应发生率,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of using clinical first aid measures to treat patients with diabetic nonketotic hyperosmolar coma.Methods The 66 patients with diabetic nonketotic hyperosmolar coma who came to the hospital for treatment from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected study objects.According to different emergency measures,the patients were divided into conventional treatment group,gastrointestinal rehydration group,and gastrointestinal fluid rehydration group.In the combined treatment group,the treatment status of the three groups of patients(treatment effective rate,clinical indicators,incidence of adverse reactions,and mortality)were analyzed and compared.Results Compared with the conventional group and the gastrointestinal fluid rehydration group,the combined treatment group had higher treatment efficiency,better clinical indicators,lower complication rate and mortality rate,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of gastrointestinal rehydration combined with Xingnaojing injection for patients with diabetic nonketotic hyperosmolar coma can improve the effective rate of treatment,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and has high clinical application value.
