摘 要:为了提高传统非隔离变换器的电压增益、开关频率和功率密度,同时减小电感的电流纹波和变换器的体积重量,将磁集成开关电感技术应用到传统的Sepic变换器中,提出了磁集成开关电感Sepic变换器。采用开关电感结构替换传统Sepic变换器中的电感能够有效提高变换器的电压增益;采用磁集成技术能够减小变换器电感支路的电流纹波。通过模态分析推导获得了电压增益表达式,给出了电感耦合度的设计准则;分析了磁集成开关电感Sepic变换器的开关管电压应力,得出相应的结论;给出了磁集成开关电感Sepic变换器集成磁件设计方案及设计方法。最后通过PISM仿真系统和实验样机,对变换器进行仿真模拟实验验证,结果验证了理论分析的正确性。To improve the voltage gain,switching frequency and power density of the traditional non-isolated con-verter while reducing the inductor current ripple and the volume and weight of the converter,the magnetically integrated switched-inductor technology is applied to the traditional Sepic converter,and a magnetically integrated switched-inductor Sepic converter is put forward.The switched-inductor structure is used to replace the inductor in the traditional Sepic converter,which can effectively improve the voltage gain of the converter.Meanwhile,the magnetically integrated technology can reduce the current ripple in the converter’s inductor branch.Through modal analysis,the expression of voltage gain is obtained,and the design criterion for coupling ratio is proposed.The voltage stress in the switch tube of the novel converter is analyzed,and the corresponding conclusion is given.The design scheme for the magnetically integrated elements in the novel converter is given,and the design method is formulated.At last,the novel converter was simulated using the PISM simulation system and an experimental prototype,and results verified the theoretical analysis performed in this paper.
