摘  要:课程思政是培养卓越中学生物学教师的重要育人手段。生物化学作为生物科学(师范)专业的核心课程,在课程育人中具有重要的地位。本文重点阐述了生物化学课程思政的教学设计思路和实施策略,采用充分挖掘中国科学家对生物化学学科的贡献,培养师范专业学生的家国情怀和教育情怀;融入科学史内容,以此塑造师范生正确的科学观和价值观;采用案例教学,培养师范生教书与育人相统一的能力等方式开展教学设计。探索加强师资队伍建设、丰富信息化教学手段和改革考核评价方式等课程思政实施策略,为生物科学(师范)专业的课程思政教学改革提供参考。Curriculum ideology and politics is an important means of education to cultivate outstanding middle school biology teachers. As one of the core courses of biological normal major, Biochemistry plays an important role in curriculum education. This paper focuses on the teaching design and implementation strategies which had been studied emphatically in Biochemistry teaching. The national and educational feeling of students of biological normal major were enhanced through introducing the contribution of Chinese scientists in Biochemistry field. Additionally, the scientific history had been integrated into the teaching-content,which shaped correctly the biology normal students’ scientific view and values. The case-teaching method had been adopted to achieve the unification of teaching and education ability of biology normal students.The teaching reform of Biochemistry on ideological and political course were carried out via strengthening the construction of teaching staff, enriching information-based teaching methods and reforming the course evaluation method etc., which provided a reference to reform of the ideological and political teaching for biological normal major.
