摘 要:在线校准和核查的方法可确保各类仪表及时进行量值溯源,保证计量数据准确可靠。由于生产装置的流量计量仪表和过程控制仪表大部分为标准节流式流量计,采用流量工具软件对这部分仪表进行在线核查;根据介质的差压、压力、温度以及节流板开孔直径等条件,将软件计算结果与现场仪表实际测量数据进行对比,并根据对比结果对仪表进行调整。实践证明,这种方法能够在不影响生产装置正常运行的情况下对仪表进行在线校准,同时能够发现生产过程中由于工艺调整导致的计量偏差等问题,在确保装置安全、高效运行的同时,可以大大降低仪表运维成本。Online calibration and verification is an effective method to ensure that all kinds of instruments quantities can be traceable in time and the measurement data is accurate and reliable.Since most of the flow meters and process control meters of the production unit are standard throttling flowmeters,the flow tool software is used to check these instruments online.According to differential pressure,pressure,temperature of the medium and orifice diameter of the throttle plate,the software calculation results are compared with the measurement data of the on-site instrument.Adjust the meter according to the result of comparison.It has been proved by practice that this method can be used to calibrate the instruments online without affecting the normal operation of the production unit,and it can find out the measurement deviation caused by process adjustment in the production process and can greatly reduce the operation and maintenance cost of the instrument while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the equipment.
