摘　　要：精液冷冻是保存优秀种质资源的一种较为长久、高效的方式,冷冻精液的质量影响到人工授精成功率的重要因素之一。为推广麦洼牦牛良种优秀遗传资源,四川省龙日种畜场在经过多年的摸索和改进,形成一套成熟的冻精制作技术,为确保麦洼牦牛细管冻精精液品质,提高冷冻精液配种成功率,本试验随机抽取15支四川省龙日种畜场所制备麦洼牦牛细管冻精,按照中华人民共和国牛冷冻精液国家标准(GB4143-2008)对麦洼牦牛细管冻精进行精子活力、前进运动精子数、精子畸形率以及细菌数检测。结果表明,随机抽取的15支麦洼牦牛细管冻精,精子活力均≥35%(即0.35)、前进运动精子数均≥800万个、精子畸形率均≤18%,细菌数均≤18%,4项检测指标均达到国家标准中的各项要求。结论:四川省龙日种畜场所制备麦洼牦牛细管冻精可应用于麦洼牦牛优秀种质资源的推广工作中。Semen freezing is a long-term and efficient way to preserve excellent germplasm resources.The quality of frozen semen is one of the important factors affecting the success rate of artificial insemination.In order to promote the excellent genetic resources of Maiwa yak improved breeds,Longri Breeding Farm of Sichuan Province has formed a set of mature frozen semen production technology after years of exploration and improvement.In order to ensure the quality of frozen semen and improve the success rate of frozen semen breeding,15 pieces of Maiwa yak frozen semen were randomly selected from Longri Breeding Farm,according to the national standard of frozen bovine semen of the People's Republic of China(GB 4143—2008),the sperm motility,the number of sperm moving forward,sperm deformity rate and bacterial number were detected.The results showed that the sperm motility≥35%(i.e.0.35),the number of sperm moving forward≥8 million,the sperm deformity rate≤18%,and the number of bacteria≤18%.The 4 detection indexes all met the requirements of the national standard.[Conclusion]The frozen semen of Maiwa yak prepared in Longri Breeding Farm of Sichuan Province can be used in the promotion of excellent germplasm resources of Maiwa yak.
