摘  要:为了研究野生盘羊与巴什拜羊杂交二代尾部的分化规律,本试验对该群体199只75日龄羔羊进行体重(X_(1))、体高(X_(2))、体长(X_(3))、胸围(X_(4))、胸深(X_(5))、胸宽(X_(6))、管围(X_(7))、脂臀宽(X_(8))、脂臀厚(X_(9))、脂臀长(X_(10))10个指标的测定,采用K-mean聚类分析依据上述表型数据对群体进行分类,运用单因素方差法比较不同尾型小群体的体尺之间的显著性差异,运用聚类分析探索不同组的体尺之间的内在关系,运用逐步回归方法脂臀宽、脂臀长进行回归方程的建立,结果表明:按尾巴的大小可以分为小尾、中尾、大尾三个组。小尾组的脂臀宽显著小于中尾组(P<0.05),极显著小于大尾组(P<0.01);小尾组的脂臀长极显著小于中尾组(P<0.01),显著小于大尾组(P<0.05);三个组的体重、体高、胸围等体尺指标之间差异极显著(P<0.01)。三个组的体尺之间存在着不同的相互关系,影响中尾组的主要体尺因素是胸围,影响大尾组的主要体尺因素是胸宽。影响小尾、中尾、大尾组的脂臀长、脂臀宽的体尺因素不同,建立了回归方程,小尾组:f(X_(8),X_(10)=(-0.22X_(1)+0.22X_(4)+0.24X_(6)+0.53X_(10),20.18+0.19X_(2)-0.24X_(3)–0.15X_(4)–0.17X_(6)+0.37X_(8)+0.18X_(9)),中尾组:f(X_(8),X_(10))=(0.31X_(1)+0.96X_(9),0.29X_(1)-0.25X_(5)+0.52X_(9)),大尾组:f(X_(8),X_(10))=(-0.35X_(1)-0.65X_(3)+0.97X_(9),0.59X_(6))。综上,三个组羔羊的体尺形态、尾部特征出现了较大的分化。为野生盘羊杂交二代的脂尾形态变异进行科学的遗传评价,为绵羊群体尾部遗传分化研究提供新的思路和分析方法。In order to study the differentiation rule of tail characteristics of second generation of wild Argali crossed with Bashbay sheep,the body weight(X_(1)),body height(X_(2)),body length(X_(3)),chest circumference(X_(4)),chest depth(X_(5)),chest width(X6),tube circumference(X_(7)),fat hip width(X_(8)),fat hip thickness(X_(9)),fat hip length(X_(10))of 199 lambs at 75 days of age were measured and analyzed.K-mean cluster analysis was used to classify the groups based on the above-mentioned phenotypic data,one-way variance method was used to compare the significant differences of body measurements among different tail type groups,then cluster analysis was used to explore the internal relationship between the body measurements of different groups,and the step-by-step regression method was used to establish the regression equation of fat hip width and length.The results showed that the experimented lambs can be divided into three groups(small-tail,med-tail and big-tail group)according to the size of the tails.Fat hip width in small-tail group was significantly lower than that in mid-tail group(P<0.05),and extremely significantly lower than that in big-tail group(P<0.01);fat hip length in small-tail group was extremely significantly lower than that in mid-tail group(P<0.01),and significantly lower than that in big-tail group(P<0.05);there were extremely significant differences in body measurement indexes such as body weight,body height and chest circumference among the three groups(P<0.01).The body size of the three groups had different interrelationships.The main body size factor affecting the mid-tail group was chest circumference,while the main body size factor affecting the big-tail group was chest width.The body size factors affecting fat hip length and width among the three groups were different,and the regression equations were established.The small-tail group:f(X_(8),X_(10))=(–0.22X_(1)+0.22X_(4)+0.24X_(6)+0.53X_(10),20.18+0.19X_(2)–0.24X_(3)–0.15X_(4)–0.17X_(6)+0.37X_(8)+0.18X_(9));the mid-tail group:f(X_
