无偿献血者的乳糜血浆对抗-HCV检测影响研究

摘　　要：目的通过对无偿献血者不同程度乳糜血浆抗-HCV的检测,探讨抗-HCV检测结果与不同程度乳糜血浆质量相关性。方法在阴性乳糜血浆中加入定量的抗-HCV阳性血液,采用ELISA法检测不同指数乳糜血浆中抗-HCV。结果不同指数乳糜血浆抗-HCV检测结果,随乳糜程度增加而下降,检测结果差异无统计学意义,乳糜指数分别为2、3、4、5、6、8及>8与无乳糜指数(≤ 1)比较,t分别为1.033、0.633、1.760、1.915、1.933、1.895及2.016,P均>0.05。放置时间延长,检测结果升高,第1d与第3d和第5d比较,t均<2.093,P>0.05,检测结果无统计学意义;第7d后,各指数血浆检测结果差异不同。结论不同程度乳糜血浆对ELISA方法检测抗-HCV结果无影响。放置时间延长,检测结果升高,第5d内抗-HCV检测结果对乳糜血液质量无影响。Objective To explore the correlation between anti-HCV results and chylous plasma quality by detecting anti-HCV in chylous plasma of different degrees in volunteer donors of blood.Methods Quantitative anti-HCV positive blood was added to negative chylous plasma,and anti-HCV by ELISA in chylous plasma with different index was detected.Results The results of anti-HCV in chylous plasma with different index decreased with the increase of chylous degree.There was no significant difference in theresults.The chylous index was 2,3,4,5,6,8 and>8 respectively,compared with non-chylous index (≤ 1),t was 1.033,0.633,1.760,1.915,1.933,1.895 and 2.016 respectively,P>0.05.the test results increased with the prolongation of storage time.Compared with the 3rd day and 5th day,t <2.093,P>0.05.There was no significant difference in the results of the 1st day,but after the 7th day,the results of the test of each index were different.Conclusion There was no effect of chylous plasma of different degrees on the results of anti-HCV detection by ELISA.The test results increased with the prolongation of storage time.The results of anti-HCV test within the 5th day had no effect on chylous blood quality.
