围术期护理干预在腹腔镜手术治疗子宫肌瘤中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的探究分析对于行腹腔镜手术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者采取围术期护理干预的作用和价值。方法将我院于2020年1月至12月收治的40例行腹腔镜手术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者纳入本组研究,再按照随机数字表法将其均分为两组,并对其展开不同护理方式的分组探讨。对照组(20例),采取常规护理干预,观察组(20例),采取围术期护理干预,对比两种不同护理干预模式对应患者的护理效果。结果①观察组术后各项恢复指标和住院时间等均优于对照组;②观察组的术后并发症率为5.00%,低于对照组的15.00%;③观察组的护理总满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%。以上数据经SPSS 22.0统计学软件分析对比均显示P<0.05。结论在腹腔镜手术治疗子宫肌瘤中实施围术期护理干预可以优化各项治疗指标,降低术后并发症风险,促进患者更快恢复,有助于提高患者整体治疗过程的满意度。经鉴定是一种应用价值较高的护理方式,可以考虑将其大力推广应用于妇科手术临床。Objective To explore and analyze the effect and value of perioperative nursing intervention for patients with hysteromyoma undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods Forty patients with hysteromyoma treated by laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January to December 2020 were included in this study,and then they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,and the different nursing methods were discussed.The control group (20 cases) was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group (20 cases) was given perioperative nursing intervention.Results ① The postoperative recovery indexes and hospitalization time of the observation group were better than those of the control group.② The postoperative complication rate of the observation group was 5.00%,lower than 15.00% of the control group.③ The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 75.00% of the control group.The above data are analyzed and compared by SPSS 22.0 statistical software,and all show P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of perioperative nursing intervention in laparoscopic surgery for uterine fibroids can optimize the treatment indicators,reduce the risk of postoperative complications,promote faster recovery of patients,and help to improve the satisfaction of patients in the overall treatment process.After identification,it is a kind of nursing method with high application value,which can be considered to be widely applied in gynecological surgery.
