徒手淋巴引流技术联合肌内效贴治疗四肢骨折术后肢体疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨徒手淋巴引流技术联合肌肉效应贴布治疗四肢骨折术后肢体疗效。方法选取我院2019年1月至2020年12月收治的70例四肢骨折术后患者,分为对照组(n=35,予以常规治疗)和观察组(n=35,徒手淋巴引流技术联合肌肉效应贴布治疗),观察两组治疗效果、疼痛及肿胀度、炎性指标的情况。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率为94.28%,明显高于对照组的77.14%(P<0.05);两组患者VAS评分及肿胀度均有所下降,其中观察组患者明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组炎性指标(超敏c反应蛋白[hs-CRP]、D-二聚体[D-D])明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于四肢骨折术后患者使用徒手淋巴引流技术联合肌肉效应贴布治疗临床效果显著,可缓解疼痛,改善患肢肿胀,缓解炎性反应。Objective To investigate the effect of freehand lymphatic drainage technique combined with muscle effect patch in the treatment of limbs fracture after surgery.Methods Seventy postoperative limb fracture patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into a control group (n=35,conventional treatment) and an observation group (n=35,the effect of hand-held lymphatic drainage combined with therapy),observe the treatment effect of the two groups,the degree of pain and swelling,and the inflammation index.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.28%,which was significantly higher than 77.14% of the control group (P<0.05).The VAS score and swelling degree of the two groups of patients were reduced,and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05);the inflammatory indexes of the observation group (hypersensitive C-reactive protein[hs-CRP],D-dimer[D-D]) are significantly lower those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of freehand lymphatic drainage technique in combination with muscle effect patch in patients with extremity fractures resulted in remarkable clinical results,with pain relief,improvement in swelling of the affected limb,and relief of inflammatory reactions.
