妊娠期糖尿病合并疱疹样脓疱病的护理

摘　　要：对1例妊娠期糖尿病合并疱疹样脓疱病患者进行护理,采用产科、内分泌科、皮肤科多学科联合会诊治疗模式(MDT),经过13 d的治疗及精心护理,皮疹较前明显好转,患者血糖正常,妊娠结局满意,未发生并发症,予出院休养。A case of gestational diabetes mellitus complicated with herpetic pustulosis was treated with MDT.After 13 days of treatment and careful nursing,the rash was significantly improved,the blood sugar of the patient was normal,the pregnancy outcome was satisfactory,and no complications occurred.The patient was discharged.
