摘　　要：目的当前中国酒精性肝病(ALD)罹患增速持续趋升,而现有临床治疗手段存在副作用明显、医治费用偏高等共性缺点。探索替代性治疗ALD的中药方剂,充分借助和发挥传统中医药在普适效应与成本效益方面的突出优势,弥补现有ALD对症药物应用性能缺陷。方法通过药性梳理选型,确定以自然赋存富集的药食两用植物鸡骨草作试验药剂,构建诱导实验模型,以填补当前技术空白。运用ALT、AST、MDA等指标检测以及统计数据拟合,分析鸡骨草对ALD的干预影响及药理作用机制。结果 6个测试组60只雌雄小鼠诱导酒精肝损伤实验研究结果表明,恰当给药浓度下小鼠血清、肝组织AST等指标显著降低,光镜形态学观察肝细胞水样变性程度减轻。结论鸡骨草干预急性酒精性肝损伤有成效,启示中药治疗ALD良好的应用前景。Objective Currently, the growth rate of alcoholic liver disease(ALD) in China continues to rise, and theexisting clinical treatment methods have disadvantages such as obvious side effects and higher costs. To explore alternativetraditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of ALD and take advantage of traditional Chinese medicine by its long-term widely used and lower cost, so as to make up for the defects of existing drugs. Methods As the medicinal andedible natural plants, Abri Herba is enrich in South China. Through the selection based on pharmacology, Abri Herba wasdetermined as the test medicine, and the induced experimental model was constructed to fill the current technologicalgap. ALT, AST, MDA and other indicators were used for detection and based on the statistical data to analyze the Abri Herba intervention effect on ALD and its pharmacological mechanism. Results The experimental results of alcohol-induced liver injury in 30 male and 30 female mice in 6 test groups showed that the AST in serum and liver tissue, andother indicators of the mice were significantly reduced under the appropriate drug concentration. It can be found thathydropic degeneration of hepatocytes lighten based on the histomorphological observation by microscopy. ConclusionAbri Herba has therapeutic effects on alcoholic liver injury, and it reveals the application prospects of traditional Chinesemedicine in the treatment of ALD.
