摘 要:随着钢铁行业的发展,效率、能耗和环保是面临的重任,高炉是贡献钢铁能耗最高的工序。与高炉传统使用的烧结矿、球团矿和块矿相比,热压铁块的品位高,因此高炉配加应有利于降低燃料消耗并实现增产。探索了在中天高炉使用热压铁块进行增产降耗和减排的实践。2021年在中天多座高炉开展的工业试验表明,热压铁块的收得率为90.16%,热压铁块的燃料消耗为161.47 kg/吨铁。在钢后利润较高和铁水能力小于炼钢能力条件下,高炉使用热压铁块是合适的。With the development of iron and steel industry,efficiency,energy consumption and environmental protection are important tasks.Blast furnace is the process that contributes the highest energy consumption to iron and steel.Compared with the traditional sinter,pellet and lump ore used in blast furnace,the grade of hot briquette is higher,so the burden of blast furnace should be conducive to reducing fuel consumption and increasing production.This paper explores the application of Hot Briquette in Zhongtian BF to increase production,reduce consumption and reduce emission.The industrial tests carried out in several blast furnaces of Zhongtian in 2021 show that the yield of hot briquette is 90.16%,and the fuel consumption of hot briquette is 161.47kg/t iron.It is suitable to use Hot Briquette in blast furnace under the condition of high profit after steel and less hot metal capacity than steel-making capacity.
