摘 要:鄂钢4300 mm生产线目前为单机架,中间坯待温时间长,降低轧制生产效率,影响轧制节奏及产能。另外,由于中间坯待温时间长,热轧后的晶粒在待温或冷却过程中会进一步长大,导致轧出的钢板组织不均匀,直接影响了产品的性能,制约了厚板、特厚板及新品种的开发。2020年在鄂钢中厚板轧制线上增加了一套中间坯冷却装置,由北京科技大学高效轧制国家工程中心提供,应用中间冷却工艺,对轧制过程进行控轧控冷。实践结果表明效果显著,完全达到预期目的。There is only one rolling mill on Echeng Iron 4300 mm production line now,intermediate billet holding time is too long,the rolling rhythm and production capacity are affected.In addition,grain size after hot rolling will grow furthermore during warming or cooling due to the long holding time of the intermediate billet,the microstructure of rolled steel plate will be not uniform,it directly affected the performance of the product and restricted the development of heavy plate,extra heavy plate and new varieties.In 2020,a set of intermediate billet cooling device which produced by National Engineering Research Center for Advanced Rolling Technology,University of Science and Technology Beijing,had been added to the plate rolling line of our company,the intermediate cooling process is used to control rolling and cooling.The practical results showed that the effect is remarkable and the expected purpose is fully achieved.
