提高《体育史》课程教学效果的策略探索

摘　　要：《体育史》是促进高校体育专业学生掌握体育产生发展的历史过程,揭示体育学发展规律的一门课程,对提高学生的体育文化素养有着重要意义.在实践中,传统《体育史》课程教学存在机械灌输、史料不足、教学手段单一等问题,无法达到良好的教学效果.本文基于文献资料法、访谈法及教学实践经验指出,在教学过程中教师可以通过历史背景知识的铺垫、史料的充分利用与历史故事的引入启发学生思考,提升学生的学习积极性和主动性,培养学生良好的的道德品质,强化学生的爱国主义精神,从而获得良好的教学效果,增加学生体育史学知识,提高学生专业素养.The History of Sports is a course to promote college students majoring in Physical Education to master the knowledge about the history of sports and the law of the development of physical education,which is of great significance to improve students′professionalism.The traditional teaching method of History of Sports has the disadvantages of mechanical instillation and single historical data,which cannot achieve the expected teaching goals.Based on the practical experience,this paper puts forward that when teaching,instructors should improve students′learning enthusiasm and initiatives,cultivate students′moral quality and enhance students′patriotism through the introduction of historical knowledge,the full use of historical teaching materials,the introduction of historical stories,etc.
