摘  要:目的:研究热量限制(calorie restriction,CR)+运动联合处理对个体健康的影响,并探讨其机制。方法:通过为期1年的运动(跳绳,每天10min内,累计完成500下)及CR(午餐禁食)+运动对受试者进行干预。健康指标测试采用定期医院体检结果。以移动健康应用(mobile health application/mh APP)对运动能耗、睡眠、血氧饱和度进行监测。研究结果:佩戴移动健康设备的受试者日常按干预要求完成90kcal/d跳绳活动,血氧饱和度和睡眠良好。结论:运动可以优化身体质量指数(BMI)、血脂、血糖、肾功能、心功指标,CR+运动的联合模式则进一步强化指标变化,但高密度脂蛋白胆固醇除外——联合组低于运动组。结论:移动健康提高测试者依从性。独立运动和运动+CR两种干预均无明显副作用,有改善人体健康功效,且后者效果更好。Objective:to investigate the effects of combined calorie restriction(CR)+exercise treatment on individual health and to explore the mechanisms.Methods:to investigate the effects of exercise(jumping rope,within 10 minutes per day,and a total of 500 strokes completed)and CR(lunch fasting)+exercise on human health indicators(body mass index,blood lipids and,blood routine,blood glucose,renal function,liver function,urinary routine,cardiac ultrasound,etc.)over a period of one year.Health indicators were tested using the results of regular hospital physical examinations.Exercise energy consumption,sleep,and blood oxygen saturation were monitored with mobile health devices.Results:testers wearing the mobile health device completed 90 kcal/day of rope skipping activity daily as required by the intervention,and had good blood oxygen saturation and sleep.Exercise optimized BMI,lipids,blood glucose,renal function,and cardiac function indicators,and the combined mode of CR+exercise further enhanced indicator changes,except for HDL cholesterol-which was lower in the combined group than in the exercise group.Conclusion:mobile health improves testers'compliance.Both independent exercise and exercise+CR interventions had no significant side effects and improved human health efficacy,and the latter was more effective.
