民办高校体育课程开设啦啦操运动的SWOT分析

摘　　要：该文运用SWOT分析法对民办高校体育课程开设啦啦操运动进行了内部优势与劣势和外部机遇与威胁的4个因素的系统分析。其内部优势主要是啦啦操本身的自身风格和学校政策的支持;其内部劣势主要体现在民办高校组织结构的不完善;在外部环境中,机遇主要体现在政府政策的职能上;而构成的威胁主要为同类运动成熟的发展对啦啦操的影响。Using SWOT analysis,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the four factors of cheerleading in private colleges and universities,including internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats.Its internal advantages are mainly the style of cheerleading itself and the support of school policy;its internal disadvantages are mainly reflected in the imperfect organizational structure of private colleges and universities;in the external environment,opportunities are mainly reflected in the functions of government policies;and the threats are mainly for the mature development of similar sports on the impact of cheerleading.
