摘 要:近年来随着全民健身运动和“健康中国”战略的深入推进和实施,人们对健康的需求不断增加,并积极参与体育运动锻炼。游泳逐渐成为深受人们喜爱的体育运动项目之一。一般而言,很多人初学游泳的时候都会有恐惧的心理,该文对游泳初学者恐水心理产生原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的控制对策,缓解游泳时的心理负担。这样可以帮助教师或教练在游泳教学中游刃有余地了解学员的心理状况,从而更好地指导他们学习游泳技术,既有助于学员掌握一些生存技能以备不时之需,同时还能达到强身健体的效果,有助于学员的健康发展。In recent years,with the in-depth promotion and implementation of the national fitness campaign and the"healthy China"strategy,people's demand for health is increasing,and they actively participate in physical exercise.Swimming has gradually become one of the favorite sports.Generally speaking,many people will have fear when they first learn swimming.This paper analyzes the psychological reasons of swimming beginners'fear of water,and puts forward corresponding control countermeasures to alleviate the psychological burden of swimming.This can help teachers or coaches easily understand the psychological status of students in swimming teaching,so as to better guide them to learn swimming technology.It will not only help students master some survival skills for emergencies,but also achieve the effect of physical fitness,and contribute to the healthy development of students.
