摘　　要：在我国社会现代化发展水平不断提高及社会经济实力不断提升的背景下,拳击运动员在训练的物质基础需求方面得到有效满足的同时,对高质量的训练方法和管理提出了更高的要求。该文针对拳击训练效率的有效提升策略展开详细分析,通过对目前我国拳击训练整体发展现状的实际调查,从创新拳击训练管理模式、管理思想、管理方法等多元化角度入手,进一步促进拳击训练效率的提升,从而为我国拳击运动整体发展水平的进一步提升奠定坚实基础。Under the background of the continuous improvement of the development level of China's social modernization and the continuous improvement of social and economic strength,boxers have effectively met the material basic needs of training,and put forward higher requirements for high-quality training methods and management.This paper makes a detailed analysis on the effective improvement strategies of boxing training efficiency.Through the actual investigation of the overall development status of boxing training in China,this paper further promotes the improvement of boxing training efficiency from the perspective of innovating boxing training management mode,management ideas and management methods,so as to lay a solid foundation for the further improvement of the overall development level of boxing in China.
