摘 要:本实验部分,通过添加炭黑N330补强AEM性能。通过补强体系的调整,改变岛相的性能,观察补强体系的加入对AEM及其TPV性能的影响。实验发现,当AEM硫化胶不加入补强体系时,其拉断强度较小,只有1.5 MPa左右,随着炭黑N330用量的增多,AEM和AEM/TPEE TPV的拉断强度均逐渐增大,扯断伸长率逐渐下降。AEM硫化胶的拉断强度增大更加明显,当炭黑用量为60份时,拉断强度达到15.34 MPa。当AEM/TPEE TPV中炭黑用量较大时,AEM橡胶的物理交联网络更加完善,其耐热油老化性能更加优异。This experiment strengthened the performance of AEM by adding carbon black N330.Through the adjustment of the reinforcement system,the performance of the island phase was changed,and the effect of the addition of the reinforcement system on the performance of AEM and TPV was observed.Experiments have found that when AEM vulcanizate is not added to the reinforcement system,its tensile strength is relatively small,only about 1.5 MPa.With the increase in the amount of carbon black N330,the tensile strength of AEM and AEM/TPEE TPV both gradually increase,and the elongation at break gradually decreases.The tensile strength of AEM vulcanizates increases more obviously,when the amount of carbon black is 60 parts,the tensile strength reaches 15.34 MPa.When the amount of carbon black in AEM/TPEE TPV is large,the physical cross-linking network of AEM rubber is more perfect,and its heat-resistant oil aging performance is more excellent.
