摘　　要：半成品定长裁断是成型工艺中非常重要的环节,关系到轮胎生产成本的控制,轮胎质量的提升和橡胶设备自动化和智能化的实现。本文根据现行普遍应用的工艺,结合本公司设备的实际应用情况和采样数据,对全钢成型机半成品的定长裁断做了相关的分析讨论,并提出优化的方案和建议。The set-length cutting of semi-finished products is a very important link in the molding process,which is related to the control of tire production costs,and is the improvement of tire quality and the realization of automation and intelligence of rubber equipment.Based on the currently commonly used process,combined with the actual application of the company’s equipment and sampling data,this article makes relevant analysis and discussion on the semi-finished product's set-length cutting,and proposes optimized plans and suggestions.
