摘 要:为解决精车铝轮毂在生产或运输过程中产生的压痕问题,对抗压痕透明粉在铝合金轮毂上的应用进行了可行性研究,选取抗压痕透明粉和普通透明粉作对比,对喷涂后的铝合金试件进行抗压痕性能和漆膜性能(附着力、硬度、砾石冲击、CASS、盐雾、丝状腐蚀、耐水、耐湿)测试,结果表明:抗压痕透明粉的抗压痕特性优于普通透明粉,且漆膜性能合格,可进行推广应用。In order to solve the indentation problem of fine turning aluminum hub in manufacture and transportation processes,a feasibility study was carried out on the application of the anti-indentation transparent powder on fine turning aluminum hub.A comparison between the anti-indentation transparent powder and the ordinary transparent powder was made.The anti-indentation property of the sprayed hub and the film properties(e.g.adhesion,hardness,chipping resistance,CASS,salt spray test,filiform corrosion,water and moisture resistance)were investigated.The results showed that the anti-indentation performance of the anti-indentation transparent powder was better than that of the ordinary transparent powder,and film properties were qualified.The anti-indentation transparent powder could be promoted and applied.
