摘　　要：对汽车涂装电泳过程中的膜厚进行统计,利用SPC质量工具对数据进行分析,结合电泳过程特点,对控制图异常点进行真因分析及对策,提出提高电泳过程能力的措施。The film thickness in the process of automobile coating electrophoresis was counted.The data was analyzed by using SPC quality tools combined with the characteristics of the electrophoresis process.The real cause analysis and countermeasures for the abnormal points in the control chart were carried out.The measures to improve the ability of the electrophoresis process were put forward.
