摘 要:针对目前城轨车载蓄电池系统利用率较低,车载行驶能量浪费的问题,采用功率型锂电池与双向充电机已经初步成为原有系统的替代方案,从蓄电池系统组成和充放电策略两方面进行了分析与优化。将锂电池电量与车辆工况、充电机效率进行了关联,分别建立了充电控制模型与放电控制模型,基于电池热损耗与能量平衡对模型进行了约束,以改进型构筑算法对模型进行了优化。最后结合长沙地铁1号线运营实测数据,以钛酸锂电池为例对模型进行了计算验证,结果显示此模型的控制策略便捷有效,不仅提高了车载蓄电池的能量利用率,也有效地将电池组的电量控制在目标区间内,防止了锂电池的滥用,为车载蓄电池实现动态充放电提供了理论参考。To address the low utilization rate and excessive energy waste of the onboard storage-battery system for urban rail transit,the application of power lithium battery and bi-directional charger has become a preliminary alternative to the existing system.The paper analyzed and optimized both the constitution of the storage battery system and its strategies of charging and discharging.It then built up dedicated control models for charging and discharging respectively where the relations between lithium battery power on one hand and the state of the vehicle and charger efficiency on the other were studied.As the heat loss of the battery and state of charge balance were introduced as constraint conditions of the models,the models were optimized using the modified greedy algorithm.Based on lithium-titanate battery and the data collected from the operation of the No.1 Changsha Metro line,the models were verified.The control approaches help improve the rate of energy utilization,keep the state of charge in check and minimize the overuse of the lithium batteries,in this sense the approaches are proven to be convenient and productive.The paper provides theoretical references for the realization of dynamic charging and discharging of onboard batteries.
