摘 要:目的探讨晚期恶性胸腹水患者应用洛铂体腔热灌注联合体外高频深部热疗治疗的临床效果。方法简单随机选取2019年1—12月该院收治的50例晚期恶性胸腹水患者作为研究对象,全部患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各25例,对照组给予洛铂+体腔热灌注治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用体外高频深部热疗治疗,比较治疗前后癌胚抗原和免疫细胞水平,患者不良反应和临床疗效。结果治疗前两组癌胚抗原和免疫细胞水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后优于治疗前且治疗后观察组优于对照组,且观察组不良反应(8.00%)和临床治疗总有效率(88.00%)均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.500、3.947,P<0.05)。结论相比于使用洛铂体腔热灌注治疗,联合使用体外高频深部热疗后利于改善患者疾病相关指标,降低不良反应发生率,可提升临床治疗总有效率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of lobaplatin body cavity hyperthermic perfusion combined with extracorporeal high-frequency deep hyperthermia in patients with advanced malignant pleural and ascites.Methods From January to December 2019,50 patients with advanced malignant pleural and ascites were selected simple randomly as the research objects.All patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 25 cases.The control group was given lobaplatin+body cavity hyperthermic perfusion therapy.On the basis of the control group,the group used in vitro high-frequency deep hyperthermia treatment to compare the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen and immune cells before and after treatment,as well as patient adverse reactions and clinical efficacy.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen and immune cells between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,it was better than before treatment and the observation group was better than the control group after treatment,and the observation group had adverse reactions(8.00%)and the total effective rate of clinical treatment(88.00%)were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.500,3.947,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the use of lobaplatin body cavity hyperthermia,the combined use of extracorporeal high-frequency deep hyperthermia is beneficial to improve the disease-related indicators of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the overall effective rate of clinical treatment.
