人工关节置换与内固定治疗骨质疏松性不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折的临床应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的评判人工关节置换手术治疗计划和内固定手术治疗计划执行于骨质疏松性不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折患者的手术价值。方法方便选取2018年3月—2020年5月该院予以手术治疗的62例骨质疏松性不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折患者实施数据样本统计,实行两项组别构建,每组31例,研究组选取人工关节置换手术治疗计划,参照组选取内固定手术治疗计划,调查手术操作用时消耗总时长、手术之后卧床所用总时长、住院接受治疗所用总时长、髋关节功能调查分数结果。结果研究组手术操作用时消耗总时长、手术之后卧床所用总时长、住院接受治疗所用总时长(50.42±3.60)min、(3.70±0.25)周、(17.40±1.13)d优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.810、54.768、4.911,P<0.05);研究组执行手术治疗之后1个月髋关节功能评分(85.24±1.20)分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=19.221,P<0.05)。结论为骨质疏松性不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折患者提供人工关节置换手术治疗计划得到的手术效果比对内固定手术治疗计划更优。Objective To evaluate the surgical value of artificial joint replacement surgical treatment plan and internal fixation surgical treatment plan in patients with osteoporotic unstable femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods Convenience selection 62 patients with osteoporotic unstable intertrochanteric fractures who were surgically treated in the hospital from March 2018 to May 2020.Two groups were implemented,with 31 cases in each group.The study group selected the artificial joint replacement surgery treatment plan,and the reference group selected the internal fixation surgery treatment plan to investigate the total time consumed during the operation,the total time spent in bed after the operation,the total time spent in hospitalization,and the hip joint function survey score results.Results The total time consumed during the operation of the study group,the total time spent in bed after the operation,and the total time spent in hospitalization for treatment(50.42±3.60)min,(3.70±0.25)weeks,(17.40±1.13)d were better than reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.810,54.768,4.911,P<0.05);the hip joint function survey score results(85.24±1.20)points of the study group one month after the operation was higher than the the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=19.221,P<0.05).Conclusion The surgical treatment plan of artificial joint replacement surgery for patients with osteoporotic unstable intertrochanteric fractures is better than the treatment plan of internal fixation surgery.
