摘　　要：体育类实验室开放是高校体育类实验室改革的潮流,是培养体育学生创新意识能力的重要举措和有效途径。对提高体育类学生的动手动脑能力、培养创新能力和综合素质培养都起着非常重要的作用。In order to better carry out the construction of"double first-class",cultivating talents with innovative consciousness and practical ability is one of the important links in the implementation process.The opening of sports laboratory is the trend of the reform of sports laboratory in colleges and universities.It is an important measure and effective way to cultivate students'innovative consciousness and ability.It plays a very important role in improving the physical education students'practical ability,creative ability and comprehensive quality.On the core theme of how to increase the"opening strength"of physical education LABS in colleges and universities,this paper expounds how to open the teaching LABS of basic courses to physical education students,and the important role it plays in the training of physical education talents.
