摘 要:针对装配式空心板梁桥铰缝横向连接易破坏的问题,取消企口式现浇铰缝构造,设计将榫卯连接应用于装配式空心板梁横向连接中,利用相邻空心板梁间的摩擦力和机械咬合力传递剪力,提高横向整体性。榫卯结构尺寸决定空心板梁的受力性能和连接效果,以某高速公路上空心板梁桥为工程背景,采用ANSYS有限元软件进行数值模拟,分析榫卯倾角、宽度、悬臂高度参数变化对空心板梁受力性能的影响,研究榫卯结构最佳尺寸范围。结果表明:榫卯结构的倾角宜不大于45°,宽度取值宜为10~15 cm,榫卯高度对结构受力影响不大。The hinged transverse joints of segmental hollow core beam bridge are prone to damage.The cast-in-place tongue-and-groove joints are considered obsolete and mortise and tenon joints are suggested for the transverse connection of the segmental hollow core beams,which take advantage of the friction and mechanical articulation between adjacent hollow core beams to transfer shear forces,and improve the transverse integrity of the structure.The dimension of the mortise and tenon joint dictates the load bearing capacity and connection effect of the hollow core beams.A finite element model was built up by using ANSYS based on a highway hollow core beam bridge,to analyze the variation of diverse parameters,including the tenon inclination angle,width of the mortise and cantilever depth of the tenon,on the load bearing behavior of the hollow core beam,and explore the optimal dimension range of the mortise and tenon joint.The results show that the tenon inclination angle should not exceed 45°,the width of the mortise should be between 10 and 15 m,and the tenon depth has minimal effect on the load bearing capacity of the structure.
