摘 要:三峰级配技术可提高水煤浆浓度和有效气含量以及扩宽煤种的选择范围,而采用粒度级配工艺制备高浓度煤浆过程中多尺度颗粒的交互作用及超细颗粒对水煤浆性能的影响却鲜有研究。以神府东胜煤为原料,研究了三峰级配工艺制备高浓度水煤浆过程中超细颗粒对煤浆性能的影响及多尺度颗粒的交互作用,通过对制浆过程中物料混捏次序不同的6种方案设计,借助扫描电镜、接触角测量仪探讨了超细颗粒在水煤浆成浆过程中的作用机理。结果表明:在高浓煤浆制备过程中,同等浓度条件下优先将粗颗粒和超细颗粒混捏,最后加入添加剂所制得的煤浆黏度最低、流动性最好;超细颗粒不仅作为介质进行缝隙填充,也会包覆于粗颗粒表面,表现出类似于添加剂的性质,增加了粗煤粒表面亲水性能,既实现了煤浆中颗粒的紧密填充,又改善了煤浆的流动性。Three-peak grading blending technology can improve the concentration and effective gas content of coal water slurry,it can also broaden the selection range of coal types.However,the interaction of multi-scale particles and the influence of ultra-fine particles on the performance of coal water slurry in the process of preparing high concentration coal water slurry by particle size grading technology were rarely studied.Taking Shenfu Dongsheng coal as raw material,the influence of ultra-fine particles on the performance of coal water slurry and the interaction of multi-scale particles in the process of preparing high concentration coal water slurry by three peak grading blending process were studied.The mechanism of ultrafine particles in the process of coal water slurry formation was discussed by means of scanning electron microscope and contact angle measuring instrument.The results show that:in the preparation process of high concentration coal slurry,the coarse particles and ultrafine particles are kneaded firstly under the same concentration condition,and finally the additive is added to make the coal slurry has the lowest viscosity and the best fluidity;the ultrafine particles are not only used as the medium for gap filling,but also coated on the surface of coarse particles,it shows the properties which are similar to the additive,the hydrophilicity of the surface of coarse coal particles is increased.It not only realizes the close filling of particles in coal slurry,but also improves the fluidity of coal slurry.
