摘  要:为了探究大尺寸PMT-PT单晶生长、结构与电学性能,本文采用高温溶液法成功生长了大尺寸(7 mm×7 mm×5 mm)钙钛矿型弛豫铁电单晶(1-x)(Pb(Mg_(1/3)Ta_(2/3))O_(3)-xPbTiO_(3)(PMT-xPT),研究了晶体的成分、结构、介电、压电以及铁电性能。研究结果表明,所生长晶体的为三方相,组分为PMT-30PT。室温下晶体居里温度(Tc)约为53℃,压电常数约为d33=230 pC/N。该晶体在较低的温度下表现出优异的电学性能:介电常数εr=3600,剩余极化强度Pr为25μC·cm^(-2),矫顽场Ec约为9.8 kV·cm^(-1),拓展了铁电材料在低温环境的应用。The study aims to explore the growth,structure and electrical properties of large-sized PMT-PT single crystals.The relaxor ferroelectric single crystal of large-sized(1-x)(Pb(Mg_(1/3)Ta_(2/3))O_(3)-xPbTiO_(3)(PMT-xPT)(7 mm×7 mm×5 mm)with perovskite structure was grown by the flux method.Its composite,phase structure,dielectric,piezoelectric and ferroelectric properties were investigated.The results show that the composition of the as-grown crystals is PMT-30PT with rhombohedral structure.The Curie temperature(Tc)of the crystal is about 53℃,and its piezoelectric constant(d33)is about 230 pC/N at room temperature.The crystal exhibits excellent electrical properties at low temperature:the dielectric constantεr=3600,the remnant polarization intensity Pr=25μC·cm^(-2),and the coercive field Ec=9.8 kV·cm^(-1).The application of ferroelectric materials in low-temperature environment is expanded.
