摘 要:针对准晶材料的脆性问题,通过常规铸造法制备了四元(Al_(63)Cu_(25)Fe_(12))_(100-x)Ce_(x)(原子数分数x=2,3,5,7)准晶中间合金,采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)以及透射电子显微镜(TEM)等,分析了铈含量对合金组织及热膨胀系数的影响。结果表明:随着铈含量的增加,合金中的二十面体准晶I相的含量逐渐降低,含铈相发生一定程度的富集和粗化,当铈含量增加至7%时,合金中细小分布的不规则块状Al_(13)Ce_(2)Cu_(13)相明显减少,出现了团絮状的Al_(8)CeCu_(4)相;且随着铈含量的增加,合金的热膨胀系数先降低后又升高,含铈量为5%时,合金的热膨胀系数达到最小值。The study aims at the brittleness of quasicrystalline materials.Quaternary(Al_(63)Cu_(25)Fe_(12))_(100-x)Ce_(x)(x=2,3,5,7)quasicrystal master alloys were prepared by the conventional casting method.The effects of the cerium content on the microstructure and thermal expansion coefficient of the alloys were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results show that with the increase of cerium content,the icosahedral quasicrystal I phase content in the alloy decreases gradually,and that the cerium containing phase enriches and coarsens to a certain extent.When the cerium content increases to 7%,the fine and irregular block of Al_(13)Ce_(2)Cu_(13) phase in the alloy decreases obviously,with the flocculent Al_(8)CeCu_(4) phase appearing;With the increase of cerium content,the thermal expansion coefficient of the alloy first decreases and then increases.When the cerium content is 5%,the thermal expansion coefficient of the alloy reaches the minimum.
