摘 要:为解决火电机组带来的环境污染、能源紧张等问题,越来越多的非传统能源,如风、光、潮汐等新能源逐渐进入发电领域。由于新能源发电具有间歇性、随机性等特点,随着其装机容量的逐渐增大,电网调频备用容量不足的问题日益凸显。基于磷酸铁锂电池储能系统作为一种新兴技术,具备响应速度快、短时功率吞吐能力强,且易改变调节方向等优点,在辅助自动发电控制系统为提高火电机组的AGC调节速率和调节精度,提高火电机组运行的经济性,提供电力系统高质量的调频服务上得到开发和应用,可与常规调损技术相结合,作为电网调频的有效辅助手段。In order to solve the problems of environmental pollution and energy shortage brought by thermal power units,more and more non-traditional energy sources,such as wind,light,tide and other new energy,are gradually entering the field of power generation.As the new energy generation has the characteristics of intermittence and randomness,with the gradual increase of its installed capacity,the problem of insufficient frequency modulation reserve capacity of the power grid is highlighted.As a new technology,lithium iron phosphate battery energy storage system has the advantages of fast response,strong short-term power throughput,and easiness of changing the regulation direction.In order to improve the AGC regulation speed and accuracy of thermal power units,improve the economy of thermal power unit operation,and provide high quality frequency modulation service of power system,the auxiliary automatic generation control system has been developed and applied,which can be combined with conventional loss regulation technology and used as an effective auxiliary means to modulating power grid frequency.
