无线数显卡尺数据采集与传输系统的研发

摘  要:针对在复杂的工业检测现场环境下,使用传统有线数据传输存在的传输距离有限、布线困难,以及基于现有外置无线发射器无线数据传输存在的体积较大、成本较高等问题,文章研发一款基于无线数显卡尺的数据采集与传输系统。该系统采用容栅测量技术及低功耗短距离无线网络技术设计无线数显卡尺,将无线传输功能集成至数显卡尺内部,并采用软件开发技术设计上位机Excel定向输入软件,从而通过无线通信技术将数显卡尺测量数据直接无线传输至上位机Excel表格指定区域。该系统数据测量更加便捷,可在较大范围移动,能够实现多个卡尺数据的采集与传输,便于组网通信,具有成本低、灵活性高、扩展性强等优点。In view of the problems of limited transmission distance and difficult wiring in the use of traditional wired data transmission in the complex industrial detection field environment,as well as the large volume and high cost of wireless data transmission based on the existing external wireless transmitter,this paper develops a data acquisition and transmission system based on wireless digital display caliper.The system uses capacitive grating measurement technology and low-power short-range wireless network technology to design wireless digital display caliper,integrates the wireless transmission function into the digital display caliper,and uses software development technology to design the upper computer excel directional input software,so as to transmit the measurement data of digital display caliper directly to the specified area of Excel table through wireless communication technology.The system is more convenient for data measurement,thereby can move in a large range and realize the acquisition and transmission of multiple caliper data,thus proving convenient for networking communication,and has the advantages of low cost,high flexibility and strong scalability.
