摘 要:随着油气田的开发逐步走向深层,在深井小井眼井段的钻完井作业中随钻扩眼技术逐步在海洋钻完井作业中发挥了重要作用,随钻扩眼技术的应用能增大小井眼固井水泥环厚度和环空间隙,减少固井过程中的循环压耗,降低漏失风险,减少钻完井事故的发生。但该井水平段储层的非均质性较强,扩眼作业风险高,存在较大技术难度。文章介绍了扩眼过程中的钻具震动控制,总结了水平井随钻扩眼技术在作业过程中的重难点,并针对性地提出了具体措施。With the development of oil and gas field gradually moving towards the deep layer,the technology of reaming while drilling plays an important role in the drilling and completion of slim hole in deep well.The application of reaming while drilling can increase the cement ring thickness and annulus clearance of slim hole cementing while reducing the cyclic pressure consumption,the risk of leakage and the occurrence of drilling and completion accidents in the process of cementing.However,the reservoir heterogeneity in the horizontal section of the well is strong,the risk of reaming operation is high,and there is great technical difficulty.This paper introduces the vibration control of drilling tools in the process of reaming,summarizes the important and difficult points of reaming while drilling in horizontal wells,and puts forward some specific measures.
