摘　　要：该文从后疫情时代高校学生管理工作面临的机遇与挑战、高校在学生管理工作方面应避开的四个误区、创新学生管理工作的三种思路、对学生管理工作的六种新思考等方面出发,探索高校在疫情防控常态化背景下可采取的引导性和指导性管理措施,旨在将高校思想教育阵地与防疫阵地作用发挥到最大化。In this paper,from the opportunities and challenges faced by college student management,the four misunderstandings that colleges and universities should avoid in student management,the three innovative ideas of student management,and the six new thoughts on student management,in the post-epidemic era,we explore the guiding management measures that colleges and universities can take under the background of normalization of epidemic prevention and control,and the purpose is to maximize the ideological education and epidemic prevention in colleges and universities.
