摘　　要：文章通过对"00后"大学生开展全面细致的调查,了解了"00后"大学生日常思想行为的特点,掌握了"00后"大学生思想行为的实际情况,旨在培育"00后"大学生积极向上的思想观念和良好规范的行为习惯,最终实现管理育人、服务育人、心理育人。具体提出了以下改进措施:开展理想信念教育,坚持价值引领;以学生关注职业发展为切入点,做好学生职业规划;紧抓网络载体,做好网络思想政治教育;加强情感教育与心理咨询;引导学生树立正确的消费观念。By carrying out a comprehensive and detailed questionnaire on“post-00”college students,this paper intends to learn about the characteristics of their daily thought and behavior,and grasp the actual situation of their thought and behavior.We should take some measures to guide them to cultivate positive ideas and good behavioral habits,so as to achieve the goal of education through management,service,and psychological education.The measures are as follows:carrying out ideal and belief education and sticking to value guidance;carrying out the career planning of students with students’vocational development as the breakthrough point;grasp the network as a carrier and implementing network ideological and political education well;strengthening emotional education and psychological consultation;establishing the correct consumption concept.
