摘  要:利用自主研发的填砂模型压制与渗流实验仪器,制备了5种具有相似物性且不同油湿比例因子的部分润湿填砂模型,对其进行油水相对渗透率与毛细管压力实验,定量研究油湿比例因子对部分润湿多孔介质渗流规律的影响。实验结果表明:束缚水饱和度随油湿比例因子的增加而减小,残余油饱和度则随着油湿比例因子的增加而增加,且驱油效率随之变差;当含水饱和度<39.35%时,两相共渗阻力与油湿比例因子呈正比,而当含水饱和度>65.00%时呈现相反的规律,其余饱和度情况下两相共渗阻力现象更为复杂;在低含水饱和度处两相流动能力差异与油湿比例因子呈反比,而在高含水饱和度处呈现相反的规律。同一含水饱和度下的含水率与油湿比例因子呈正比关系,油湿比例因子为1/2、3/4和1时,润湿体系的含水率随着含水饱和度的增加先缓慢增加,然后快速增加,最后逐渐变缓;而油湿比例因子为1/4和0时,润湿体系先缓慢增加,然后快速增加至驱替过程结束。均匀水湿和均匀油湿体系的毛细管压力曲线分别仅具有排驱与自吸特征,而其余部分润湿体系同时具有排驱与自吸特征,且随着油湿比例因子的增加,自吸特征所占比例增大。Wettability is a key factor to control the flow and distribution of fluid in porous media and it plays a vital role in reservoir development.Five kinds of fractional wet sand packs with similar physical properties and different oil-wet scaling factors are prepared by using the self-developed sand pack pressing and seepage experiment instrument.Oil-water relative permeability and capillary pressure experiments are carried out to quantitatively study the influence of oil-wet scaling factor on the seepage law of fractional wet porous media.The experimental results show that the irreducible water and residual oil saturation decrease and increase respectively with the increase of oil-wet scaling factor,and the oil displacement efficiency deteriorates accordingly.When the water saturation is less than 39.35%,the two-phase co-permeability resistance is in positive proportion to the oil-wet scaling factor,while when the water saturation is more than 65.00%,the two-phase co-permeability resistance becomes more complicated.At low water saturation,the difference of two-phase flow capacity is inversely proportional to oil-wet scaling factor,and just the opposite at high water saturation.Under the same water saturation,water content is positively proportional to the oil-wet scaling factor.When the oil-wet scaling factor is 1/2,3/4 and 1,the water content of the wetting system increases slowly with the increase of water saturation,then increases rapidly and gradually slows down at last.The capillary pressure curves of the homogeneous water-wet system and the homogeneous oil-wet system only have the characteristics of displacement and self-imbibing,respectively,while the other wetting systems have the characteristics of displacement and self-imbibing at the same time,and the proportion of the self-imbibing characteristics increases with the increase of oil-wet scaling factor.
