摘  要:社会文明是现代化国家的显著标志,提高社会文明程度是建设社会主义现代化强国的题中应有之义,也是必由之路。推动社会文明程度得到新提高、达到新高度,在实践指向上涵涉拓展马克思主义文明观新境界、推动国民素质达到新高度、赋能人民美好新生活、夯实国家文化软实力根基等鲜明主题。新时代提高社会文明程度是一项系统工程,需要坚持系统观念,多措并举、统筹推进。因此,在提升路径上必须以学习践行科学理论为首要任务,强化思想引领;以理想信念教育为核心,补足“精神之钙”;以深化拓展新时代文明实践为重点,丰富文明实践载体;以文明交流互鉴为动力,夯实人类命运共同体的人文基础。Social civilization is a prominent symbol of a modern country.Improving the degree of social civilization is the due meaning and the only way of building a modern powerful socialist country.Improving social civilization to a new height and level refers to themes including expanding the horizon of Marxist con-cept of civilization in practice,promoting the quality of the people to a new height,giving people a better life,and consolidating the foundation of the country’s cultural soft power.The improvement of social civili-zation in the new era is a systematic project,which should be considered all-roundly with various measures and coordination from all aspects.Therefore,in order to improve social civilization,priority should be giv-en to learning and applying scientific theories to strengthen ideological guidance;education of ideal and faith should be taken as the core to supplement spiritual strength;emphasis should be put on deepening and expanding the practice of social civilization in the new era to enrich forms of practice;exchange of civiliza-tion should be made as the motivation to consolidate the humanistic foundation of a community of shared fu-ture for mankind.
