摘　　要：热电厂发电机T2铜导电螺钉在使用过程中发生断裂,引起发电机运行故障。文中结合设备运行工况,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相分析、扫描电镜观察及能谱微区成分分析、性能测试等技术手段对失效件进行全面分析与表征,依据标准对导电螺钉质量做出判定,并结合导电螺钉的生产加工工艺及使用环境,找到引发导电螺钉断裂失效的根本原因,并通过模拟实验验证结论的正确性。结果表明:导致螺钉发生断裂失效的主要原因是晶粒粗大,强度低于标准要求,从而在长期服役过程中,产生蠕变沿晶断裂,最后提出相应的改进建议。A conductive screw of T2 Cu in the generator of a thermal power plant fractured during operation,causing the failure of the generator.Combined with the operation conditions of the equipment,macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,metallographic analysis,scanning electron microscopy,energy spectrum micro-area composition analysis,performance testing and other technical means were used to comprehensively analyze and characterize the failed component.The quality of the conductive screw was assessed according to the standard,and combined with the production and processing technology of the conductive screw and its operation environment,the failure cause of the screw was analyzed.Then simulation experiments were carried out to verify the correctness of the conclusion.The results show that the failure of the screw is mainly due to the coarse grains and lower strength.During long-term service,creep intergranular brittle fracture occurred.Finally,corresponding improvement suggestions were put forward.
