摘　　要：目的:采用高效液相色谱一测多评法同时测定益肺胶囊中苦杏仁苷、新芒果苷、芒果苷、异芒果苷、桑皮苷A、桑辛素M、二氢桑色素的含量。方法:以芒果苷为内参物,建立苦杏仁苷、新芒果苷、异芒果苷、桑皮苷A、桑辛素M、二氢桑色素与芒果苷的相对校正因子,计算各成分含量,同时与外标法检测结果进行比较,验证一测多评法的准确性和可行性。结果:苦杏仁苷、新芒果苷、芒果苷、异芒果苷、桑皮苷A、桑辛素M和二氢桑色素在各自质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率在96.91%~100.08%,RSD为0.61%~1.57%。10批益肺胶囊中各成分计算值和实测值间无明显差异。结论:所建立的高效液相色谱一测多评法结果稳定可靠,可用于益肺胶囊的多指标质量控制。Objective:Using high performance liquid chromatography-quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker(HPLC-QAMS)method to determine the amygdalin,neomangiferin,mangiferin,isomangiferin,mulberroside A,moracin M and dihydromorin in Yifei capsules.Methods:The relative correction factors of amygdalin,neomangiferin,isomangiferin,mulberroside A,moracin M and dihydromorin were calculated using mangiferin as an internal standard,followed which the content of them were calculated.The results were compared with those obtained by the external standard method to verify the feasibility and accuracy of HPLC-QAMS method.Results:Amygdalin,neomangiferin,mangiferin,isomangiferin,mulberroside A,moracin M and dihydromorin had good linear relationships in their respective concentration ranges.The average recoveries were 96.91%–100.08%and RSD were 0.61%–1.57%.The significant difference wasn't found in the content of every component in ten batches of Yifei capsules obtained by calculated and real data.Conclusion:The established HPLC-QAMS method was accurate,which could be used for the multi-index quality control of Yifei capsules.
