骨科Ⅰ类切口预防用抗菌药物专项管理效果研究

摘　　要：目的:比较我院骨科在抗菌药物专项管理实施前后Ⅰ类切口预防使用抗菌药物的合理性及其效果。方法:回顾性分析专项管理前后我院骨科病房住院患者抗菌药物的使用率、常用抗菌药物使用品种、使用金额及术后感染率并进行统计分析。结果:专项管理前我院骨科病房住院患者抗菌药物品种选择合理比例为38.79%,专项管理后提高至100.00%(P<0.05);专项管理前骨科住院患者抗菌药物使用费用为(174.23±24.16)元,专项管理后下降至(122.31±21.47)元,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而术后感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:专项管理规范了我院骨科Ⅰ类切口中抗菌药物的预防性应用,在避免药物滥用的同时不增加术后感染率,促进了抗菌药物的合理应用。Objective:To compare the rationality of prophylactic antibiotics for classⅠincision surgery in orthopedics department before and after the special management.Methods:The utilization rate of antibiotics,the varieties of antibiotics,the cost of antibiotics and the rate of postoperative infection in the orthopedics ward of our hospital before and after the special management were retrospectively analyzed.Results:After the special management,the proportion of rational use of prophylactic antibiotics in orthopedics ward was significantly rose from 38.79%to 100.00%(P<0.05)while the cost of prophylactic antibiotics dropped from(174.23±24.16)yuan to(122.31±21.47)yuan(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the rate of postoperative infection before and after special management(P>0.05).Conclusion:The special management standardized the preventive application of antibiotics in classⅠincision of orthopedics in our hospital,avoided drug abuse without increasing postoperative infection rate,and promoted the rational application of antibiotics.
