摘  要:【目的】通过分子标记辅助选育结合抗性鉴定培育抗稻瘿蚊水稻新品系,为水稻抗虫育种提供新的种质资源。【方法】以广西高抗稻瘿蚊水稻种质GXM-002-1为抗源供体亲本,以优质恢复系R553为受体(轮回亲本),采用杂交、回交,结合分子标记辅助选择方法,选育抗稻瘿蚊水稻新品系。【结果】经分子标记M12-29检测,获得4个稻瘿蚊抗性基因纯合改良株系R553GM-15、R553GM-19、R553GM-31和R553GM-47,其中R553GM-47对稻瘿蚊的抗性达抗水平,其余3个改良株系对稻瘿蚊表现为中抗水平;在农艺性状表现方面,4个改良株系的有效穗数与千粒重均无显著差异(P>0.05,下同),在株高、穗长、每穗总粒数、结实率、粒长和粒宽等性状中,至少有1个株系与轮回亲本R553无显著差异。【结论】利用分子标记辅助选择结合抗性鉴定方法,可从高抗稻瘿蚊材料GXM-002-1与高感稻瘿蚊水稻优质恢复系R553杂交后代中筛选出抗稻瘿蚊新品系。【Objective】In order to provide new germplasm resources for rice insect-resistant breeding,new rice resistant lines to rice gall midge were developed by molecular marker-assisted breeding combined with resistance identification.【Method】New rice resistant lines to rice gall midge were selected by hybridization,backcross and marker-assisted selection using high resistance rice germplasm GXM-002-1 from Guangxi as resistant donor material(resistant donor parent)and high quality restorer line R553 as acceptor(recurrent parent).【Result】Four homozygous modified lines R553 GM-15,R553 GM-19,R553 GM-31 and R553 GM-47 were obtained by molecular marker M12-29 detection.Among them,R553 GM-47 was resistant to gall midge,and the other three modified lines were moderately resistant to gall midge.There was no significant difference among the four modified lines in terms of effective panicle number and 1000-grain weight(P>0.05,the same as below).There was no significant difference between at least one strain and its parent R553 in terms of plant height,panicle length,total number of grains per panicle,seed setting rate,grain length and grain width.【Conclusion】New rice resistant lines to rice gall midge were screened out from the hybrid progeny of GXM-002-1 with high resistance to gall midge and R553 with high susceptibility to gall midge by marker-assisted selection combined with resistance identification.
