摘 要:【目的】研究云南香蕉枯萎病和健康植株根际土壤细菌群落结构组成差异,探索香蕉枯萎病发生的微生态机制,优化根际土壤微生物群落结构为其后续生态防控提供新策略。【方法】在云南香蕉枯萎病发生的蕉园,分别采集发病和健康植株的根际土壤,利用高通量测序技术研究细菌群落多样性、结构和组成的差异。【结果】香蕉植株根际土壤细菌多样性存在显著性差异,香蕉枯萎病植株的土壤细菌群落多样性高于健康植株。变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)和酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria)等4个菌门是香蕉植株根际土壤中的优势门菌群。2种类型香蕉植株根际土壤中有厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、棒状杆菌门(Rokubacteria)和硝化螺旋菌门(Nitrospirae)等5个门菌群差异显著。其中,厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)丰度健康植株较发病植株高,棒状杆菌门(Rokubacteria)和硝化螺旋菌门(Nitrospirae)丰度发病植株较健康植株高。属水平上,健康植株的优势属依次为芽胞杆菌属(Bacillus)、朱氏杆菌属(Chujaibacter)、芽单胞菌属(Gemmatimonadaceae)和鞘脂单胞菌属(Sphingomonas);发病植株的优势属依次为:芽胞杆菌属(Bacillus)、芽单胞菌属(Gemmatimonadaceae)、鞘脂单胞菌属(Sphingomonas)和朱氏杆菌(Chujaibacter);芽胞杆菌属(Bacillus)、朱氏杆菌属(Chujaibacter)和土壤链霉菌属(Streptomyces)等5个菌属在2种类型香蕉植株根际土壤中差异显著,其中,芽胞杆菌属、朱氏杆菌属和土壤链霉菌属的丰度健康植株明显高于枯萎病植株。【结论】香蕉枯萎病和健康植株根际土壤细菌群落结构在一定程度上具有同源性,但部分菌群在2种类型植株根际土壤中的组成丰度有显著差异;差异菌群的功能多样性及与香蕉枯萎病病原菌的互作关系尚待明确。【Objective】The study aimed to provide theoretical basis for optimization of soil microbial community structure of banana plants and ecological control of banana wilt in Yunnan Province.The comparative analysis on bacterial community structure in rhizosphere soil between banana wilt and healthy plants were studied.【Method】Two types of rhizosphere soil on banana wilt and healthy plants were collected in the banana plantations.The technology of high-throughput sequencing on Illumina Miseq was used to analyze bacteria community structure and composition difference in the rhizosphere soil of the banana wilt and healthy plants.【Result】The difference was significant rhizosphere soil bacterial diversity on two types banana plants.The diversity of soil bacterial community in banana wilt plants was higher than that in healthy plants.The dominant groups of phylum were Proteobacteria,Firmicutes,Actinobacteria and Acidobacteria.There were significant differences among the 5 phylum groups in two types of banana plants including Firmicutes,Rokubacteria and Nitrospirae et.The relative abundance of Firmicutes was the highest in the rhizosphere soil of the banana healthy plants.The relative abundance of Rokubacteria and Nitrospirae were the highest in the rhizosphere soil of banana wilt.The dominant groups of genus were Bacillus,Chujaibacter,Gemmatimonadaceae and Sphingomonas in the banana healthy plants.The dominant groups of genus were Bacillus,Gemmatimonadaceae,Sphingomonas,Chujaibacter in the banana wilt plants.There were significant differences among the 5 genus groups in two types of banana plants including Bacillus,Chujaibacter and Streptomyces et.The relative abundance of Bacillus,Chujaibacter and Streptomyces were the highest in the rhizosphere soil of the banana healthy plants.【Conclusion】The bacterial community structure on rhizosphere soil of two types of banana plants was homologous to some extent,but the composition abundance was significantly different.The functional diversity of difference groups in
